"FLUORIDATION": POISONING BABIES BY BALLOT

The city of Ashburton, New Zealand, just voted NOT to restart the
force-medication ("fluoridation") of babies. While I applaud an end
to poisoning of babies, such votes promote the fraudulent notion that
it was/is legal to vote to force-medicate babies in the first place.
More on this point below.

PREGNANT? If you can't breastfeed, be advised: the American Dental
Association now indicates that babies should not consume formula
reconstituted with water containing the poison fluoride ("fluoridated"

ALSO: According to a Harvard study, concealed until recently, the
mass water poisoning called "fluoridation" may cause LIMB AMPUTATIONS

In addition to containing the poison fluoride, FSA, the "fluoridation"
chemical, also has ARSENIC...

Attorney Paul Beeber (president of the New York State Coalition
Opposed to Fluoridation/NYSCOF) recently reported that CDC has

SOMETHING ODD: Attorney Beeber (just mentioned) mysteriously fails to
mention that common law indicates the mass water poisoning is the
crime of mass forced medication - a mass battery.

SIGNIFICANTLY, Atty Beeber mysteriously fails to call upon law
enforcement to end the mass forced medication.

Law enforcement agencies everywhere could end the massive crime
tomorrow - just by issuing cease and desist orders.

Yes, law enforcement is currently looking the other way - so by all

PS As indicated above, common law indicates that forcing medication is
a battery. Forcing medication on children/babies is the battery
called CHILD ABUSE.

Paul Connett, PhD is willfully failing to call for use of the child
protection statutes to protect children from the mass water poisoning
even now that both ADA and CDC acknowledge that babies should not be
subjected to the fluoride poison. (At one point, Paul demanded that I
"cease and desist" from copying him every time I called his willful
failure to his attention.)

THINK ABOUT IT: Paul Connett, PhD - who suspects the mass water
poisoning is causing LIMB AMPUTATIONS (and deaths) in some boys
(www.fluoridealert.org) - can't bring himself to use his FAN Bulletin
to call upon dentists to report the most obvious manifestation of the
poisoning, "dental fluorosis," if they suspect the mass water
poisoning is child abuse.

Paul is ALSO failing to mention in his FAN Bulletin that, while
dentists who suspect child abuse MUST report - anyone MAY report.

Why is Paul failing to urge people to do the MINIMUM called for in the
child protection statutes to protect children from a senseless mass
water poisoning that he suspects may be KILLING some boys?

Something is very wrong with this picture.

NOTE: Even if the "fluoridation" poisons PREVENTED limb amputations -
common law indicates that it would still be a crime to force the
"fluoridation" poisons on children.

Reportedly (see below) "voters in Ashburton [NZ] have rejected the push to
refluoridate their water."

This means that Ashburton mothers will not have to use/pay for alternative
water sources for their babies.

If you wish to TRULY be "in full horsepower," tell the media that LAW
ENFORCEMENT should have stopped the mass forced medication.

Voting not to re-start the mass forced medication was as much a fraud as

ASSUMPTION: I am assuming that New Zealand common law - like common law in
the US - indicates that force medicating - even with good medicine - is a
crime - battery - even when the forced medicator(s) has/have a medical
license (s). I think the forced medication battery has morphed into medical

negligence in some/all US jurisdictions. Also, unless municipal
chemotherapists in New Zealand possess medical licenses, they are practicing

medicine without a license - on top of practicing forced medication.

Don't get me wrong, with law enforcement looking the other way, I am glad
that people voted not to have the F poison added to their water - it's just
that voting not to restart the forced medication perpetuates the fraudulent
notion that people may vote to force medicate other people.

When working to end the mass forced medication, people in all jurisdictions
should be demanding action from BOTH law enforcement and their elected
representatives.

People should be telling the media that law enforcement action obviates the

Any victory against fluoridation is a victory for all of us fighting this

have had their eyes on fluoridating Christchurch. This major city is close
to Ashburton and it was widely believed that if Ashburton had fallen that
the local "health" authorities would have been to go for Christchurch with
all guns blazing. Now their ardor must have been diminished. Again - well
done Don and every one who helped him win this battle for the SECOND time.

Hi all

Sorry I have been slow getting the Ashburton (New Zealand) referendum
results to you. The results were available soon after 12:30pm today.
However, with it being such a beautiful day and knowing that I couldn't
change the result, I took off early to the hills and have spent a long
energetic day (extending to 8:00pm) climbing around Mt Winterslow. But even
there, I didn't get much peace. When I'm tramping and climbing alone, I
always carry a cell-phone for safety and the calls from the news media when
they got through (much of the time I was out of signal range) actually ran
my battery flat.
The fluoridation referendum results are .We WON!

11,700 voting papers were sent out for the postal vote. 7411 votes were
returned which is a 64% turnout.

The actual votes we-
3343 for fluoridation. (45%)
4068 votes against fluoridation (55%)
Majority against fluoridation 725 votes.

The council returning officer (John Rollinson) stated to TV3 that "He is
pleased to have a decisive result . the answer is clear".
The voter "turnout" of 64% was also sufficient to confirm a mandate.

In my cellphone responses to the media (TV3 channel; 2 radio stations; Chch
"Press" reporter) I stated that "I was delighted with the result and
especially delighted that so many people are no longer fooled by tobacco
science" I also stated to the media that, "should MoH/CDHB believe that they

can attempt to fluoridate Christchurch, I will be there also and in full
horsepower". When they asked the reason for the Chch comment I stated that
it is well known that the MoH/CDHB were using the Ashburton fluoridation
campaign as a trial run for a later "push" in Christchurch.

I would expect the Ashburton Guardian chief reporter (Sue Newman) to be
chasing me Monday morning. I suppose that it would be churlish to tell Sue
