Foul-smelling poop

I don't think I bargained for this disgusting
poop when I started Pillbug on solids, did I???
Who'da thunk a teeny bit of banana and pear here
and there would have such an effect?

Beginning weeks, I thought his poop smelled
like buttermilk. Then, they started smelling
like dried breastmilk, but that's fine, 'cause
that's what I smell like all the time!

Now, this... PHEEEWWWWW!

Oh, and it only gets worse! Wait til he's almost 2 and eating whatever you
eat! It's like changing an adult's diaper! I guess it's good that you get
into that slowly...not all at once! Not sure how I would have handled going
from those mild breastmilk poops to these monsters!

I've been pretty lucky with Jessi. Her poos did get a little worse
when I started her on solids, but lately they have actually gotten
less stinky again. In fact several times lately I didn't know she had
a dirty diaper for awhile and then the poo was dried on her a bit from
being in there.

I think the stink is related to how well they can digest the food.
What they can't digest gets digested by the bacteria in the intestines
and gets smelly there.
