Not according to the US Constitution. Debtor's Prisons were outlawed, and
in disputes where the amount exceeds $20 they are to be taken up by jury
trials.

Sooner or later, the court system will have to answer for it's abuses!!!!!!
Many politicians who support this fraud and farce will lose their elected

It's a nice thought, but there are far too many people with the herd
mentality. All they need is one person to play the ram and the rest blindly
follow him/her over the cliff and into the abyss.

Which is exactly what's happened to those proponents of keeping the status
quo in family kourt - just keep the cash flowing and everything will be
fine. Oh, and pay no attention to those fathers behind the iron bars, their
kids only need their money, not their time, love and attention.

Yes, that's what I'm counting on!

If you want the masses to follow theses issues, don't make the issues into a
man vs. women thing, nobody cares.

What most Americans do care about is lose of freedoms they so rightfully
defend with their lives.
Isn't that the package we're being sold to fight in Iraq to give those
people the same freedom we are supposed to have?

Any politician caught underselling our hard earned freedoms will be thrown
out of office in no time!
