Nice try....but most of the men who are in arrears are those with the
least resources
at their disposal....namely money. If you
check the facts you will notice that the vast
majority of so-called deadbeat dads are really
"beatdeads".. I really could not give a crap about a guy who has the
financial means to
mount an attack. So basically, I don't give a
fiscal f--king sh-t about your advice or website.

or three choices. 1. He can hold down two or
three jobs. 2. He can retreat to poverty.
3. He can go underground and fight from the
shadows. Personally I prefer going Underground!!!

I have retreated to poverty. Not by choice. In MA the guidelines
require me to pay $600/month for two children. Now, I have 50/50
custody at the time. Not fair. Have been to court 5 times in the
last year trying to get this reduced.

She was self employed and not claiming income, (65k/yr). Now, the
court wants "ME" to prove her income. So, after 15k in Atty fees and
getting her bank records, etc... It looks like I am finally going to
get my support reduced.

By about $110/month. Now do the math. 15k/110.

No sense.

Thats called being penny wise and pound foolish if you cant spend $15.00 to
lower your support by hundreds a month. The true statistics on dead beat
dads are on the siter for free use alnong with other free tactics

You could have done that for yourself using the discovery tool in the how to
minimize support book!!!It's a no brainer. Discovery is mandatory and can't
be avoided.

That's because she is a woman. If it was the other way around, she would not
have to prove anything. Why? Because the state simply imputes a man's
income, thus eliminating the requirement to prove anything! Only in
AmeriKa.........
