kids like to eat

this is true, kids do like to eat. they like to eat candy and other not
so nutriecious foods! i would know- im a kid myself- im 14 and a little
chubby. i was fine when i was a younger child- but when i hit up in the
age around 10,11, i began to gain a few unwanted pounds-! my nephew is
beginning to follow in my foot steps- and not a good one... more then
half the worlds population is growing and most people are going to be
either heavy wieght or obese. my nefhew is only 5 1/2 and im trying to
keep both of us active as much as possable- so please, try to make your
kids eat a little more nutricios. and have them stay off of the sweets-
its okay to have them eat it- but make sure not to much, and they need
to drink plenty of water and kep active(don't let them sit on the couch
all day)!!!!!! REMEMBER : )
