Default nestle question - premier ambient products

Does anyone know the current status of products such as Dufrais
vinegars and Branston pickles which previously had the Nestle logo.
Now they state that they are made by "premier ambient products". Is
this company affiliated to Nestle at all, or can I now buy these
products?

thanks

I'm under the impression that Nestle sold Branston to another company,
so it sounds like Premier Ambient Products is a separate company. I
can't find anything about it on the web, though.

It looks like it was sold as of July 2002, but the connection perhaps
remains:

http://www.babymilkaction.org/boycott/boyct31.html#11

"Nestlé has sold off its ‘ambient temperature' products such as
Branston Pickle, Cross & Blackwell, Sun-Pat and Sarsons vinegar.
Nestlé UK gives no date for completion and its phone number will
appear for some time on labels (indicating a continuing financial
interest) so these products still appear on the boycott list until we
have confirmation of the nature of the deal."

Here's a list of Nestle products, with Branston and Dufrais still on
it:
