Getting distracted?!

Does anyone else find that the number of jobs they have to do increases as
the number of weeks remaining decreases?! I have a huge list of things to
do, but somehow I manage to find other thinns to do instead. The latest was
repainting an old rocking horse we bought for DD. She was quite happy with
it as it was, but I thought it looked scruffy, so several coats of paint
(and hours!) later, it looks a lot better. And now we have decided that if
we want to fence our back yard totally, I will need to put weed matting down
on one garden, as once the fence goes up, the garden will be very difficult
to weed. So that becomes top of the list of things to do, as DH has already
started putting up the posts for the fence!

No wonder I was hopeless at studying - I found too much to distract me!
