CPS/DHS returned children to foster home after social worker visit:where they endured Rape, forcible sodomy, by a foster parent...

Report: DHS returned children to foster home after social worker visit. OKLAHOMA CITY A confidential report details how children were returned to a foster home even after a state social worker discovered they had unfettered access to prescription medicine and dangerous tools and that an unidentified man was living at the home. The Oklahoman reported the story today in a copyrighted story. The newspaper reported that a 41-page Oklahoma Department of Human Services investigative report reveals that four foster children had access to saws, hammers and an ax and were living with a convicted killer from Iowa who initially refused to identify himself to a social worker. According to the report, the social worker made the discoveries during a visit to the home of foster parent Paul Stephen Hull on February 3rd, 2006. The children were removed for a weekend, but were returned several days later -- only to be removed again on February 13th when one of the boys complained he had been sexually abused. Hull, who retired as an English teacher at Capitol Hill High School after he was charged, pleaded guilty last week to attempted rape, forcible sodomy, second-degree rape, lewd molestation and drug crimes over his 2006 sexual abuse of the boy. D-H-S attorneys declined comment to The Oklahoman. CURRENTLY CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES VIOLATES MORE CIVIL RIGHTS ON A DAILY BASIS THEN ALL OTHER AGENCIES COMBINED INCLUDING THE NSA/CIA WIRETAPING PROGRAM.... BE SURE TO FIND OUT WHERE YOUR CANDIDATES STANDS ON THE ISSUE OF REFORMING OR ABOLISHING CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES ("MAKE YOUR CANDIDATES TAKE A STAND ON THIS ISSUE.") THEN REMEMBER TO VOTE ACCORDINGLY IF THEIR "FAMILY UNFRIENDLY" IN THE NEXT ELECTION... |

The children were removed for a weekend, but were returned several days later -- The question should be, and is ignored, where the violations corrected before the children were returned? only to be removed again on February 13th when one of the boys complained he had been sexually abused. A later complaint does not make the state or the worker guilty of malpractice. They are not mind readers. Now, were the violation corrected before the children were returned? Hull, who retired as an English teacher at Capitol Hill High School after he was charged, pleaded guilty last week to attempted rape, forcible sodomy, second-degree rape, lewd molestation and drug crimes over his 2006 sexual abuse of the boy. You'll note that there is NO mention that he was STILL in the home when the children were returned, and the boy that made the complaint did not do so until the return. D-H-S attorneys declined comment to The Oklahoman. You aren't providing any evidence for your claim. Interesting. THEN REMEMBER TO VOTE ACCORDINGLY IF THEIR "FAMILY UNFRIENDLY" IN THE NEXT ELECTION... If they are being informed by people like you they aren't going to be making considered decisions based on facts. You used a story almost entirely devoid of the most important fact of all...the timeline. But then that's you, again. Kane None of what fx has written here is new, they seem to not have an understanding of the difference between facts and hype. I understand why, hype is far more fun and suits the agenda that fx has far better than facts do. Ron |
