George, encouraging the temporarily strangling of babies was SORT of a nice
thing to do - but the acceptable (MANDATORY) way to stop your fellow
obstetricians from robbing babies of up to 50% of blood volume is to REPORT
IT AS CHILD ABUSE - AND ENCOURAGE OTHER MEDICAL DOCTORS TO REPORT.

Same goes for the OTHER mass child (and adult) abuse being committed by your
fellow obstetricians - like senselessly slicing infant penises en masse and
seneslessly slicing adult vaginas en masse - and closing birth canals up to
30% and keeping birth canals closed the "extra" up to 30% when babies get
stuck, etc.

blood.

The parents have to do the taking of the criminal allegations, and Dr.
Morley would likely support their application in any State, Province, or
Territory.

Make the application, send a copy to him, to have a Sworn to be True
Affidavit, subject to perjury....this is essential to be taken seriously his
Statement and testimony of documented research that will stand up in the
court of law, even if he is now retired.

Step One is George stopping the baby strangling "demos" and reporting the
MASS baby strangling/baby blood robbery as child abuse.

If prosecutors fail to investigate/prosecute - THEN comes the Writ of
Mandamus.
