change of venue
my husband had a similare situation with his xwife they moved his son from
TN to TexasBut you may want to check state law requirements on CP's moving and they mileage they are alottted to move without submitting a revised parenting plan that both parents agree too. In our case the we cannot afford to go to texas to get the child every other week nor could we afford to fly him down here, we make around 25K a year as you do, but she married a man with much more money and is doing quiet well and we were aware of this so when the new parenting plan was offered we refused to sign it until we had the child for the entire summer and only had to pay half child support during the time that we had and she has to provide ALL transportation for us to see him. In our state you cannot move 100 miles away without doing this, she agreed to our conditioins because her current hubby had already gottena job and she was ready to go or had to should i say and could not take the child until my husband agreed. |
