You never replied to my email about your fellow MDs closing birth canals up
to 30% and keeping birth canals closed the "extra" up to 30% when babies get
stuck...

That makes no sense. I thought that anything over 40 weeks in the belly
might harm the baby because the placentia starts to deteriorate. Also,
if God/evolution thought that gestation should be 21 months, then I am
sure it would have been.
