And no, folks, this is not something I recommend

For starters, just the contamination from all those governmental workers blown into the atmosphere would be terrible. I don't know about you, but I don't want to breathe in caseworkers the rest of my life. |

"The district attorney's office says Deloach owed the state money because he didn't pay child support for his two children." HAHAHAHA CS is for the children but it's the STATE he owes the money too. Such a simple statement yet it says so much if only John Q. Public would listen. |

wrote in Such a simple statement yet it says so much if only John Q. Public would listen. It's really hard to get John Q public to care about any issue unless it directly effects them! Much like cancer, everyone knows about it, but do nothing and are surprized when the staggering medical bills start coming in and forcing many people into banrupcy. This is where the government has an ability to pay, but chooses not to. $800 billion could have done so much good in this country! |

Actually just had a thought that if Father's groups were to put pressure on the Adultry laws in Michigan, this would wake up alot of people concerning what laws they put on the books and in a round about way would bring alot of attention to family law and CS too. Those laws were put on the books for some reason and it's up to the present DA to enforce all laws on the books, we didn't get a choice, why should he? |

Just curious -- I don't think anyone can take Cox to trial for adultery, other than Cox himself or one of his cronies (not likely) -- but couldn't someone take him to trial (or at least to task) for not enforcing the law (as it applies to himself, even), which is supposed to be his job? - Ron ^*^ |

Assuming there was a conflict of interest, the Michigan Assembly could appoint an Independent Prosecutor to take over the case. I don't know how robust the referendum process is in Michigan, but you could also have the people take matters into their own hands. For instance, an amendment stating that any elected or appointed official who publicly admits to a felony inside or outside of a court house immediately forfeits his or her right to the position they occupy. In all seriousness, however, this isn't so much about Cox canoodling with somebody on the side as it is about the man acting like a holier-than-thou, know it all little ******* who cannot even understand the outrageousness of what comes out of his mouth in the first place. But that's not my place to decide; it's the decision of the people of the state of Michigan. |

It wouldn't be vindictive as this is war, we can't afford to be nice. Put all these politicians on notice, we will be watching! |

HAHAHAHA CS is for the children but it's the STATE he owes the money too. And so will the state also bill Iraq for helping them out too? How about the $10 billion that the state just gave to the Oil companies for developing new fuel sources that they can gouge from us too? |
