Default Do I need to be concerned about this?

I'm approaching 34 weeks of pregnancy on Tuesday. This morning I woke up
and my tee shirt was soaking wet. I realize that this is
colostrum-breastmilk, but it has been leaking all day, and now my breasts
are extremely sore. Is this anything I need to worry about?

Not likely. It happens to some women in some pregnancies.

Best wishes,

no need to worry, is it your breasts themselves that are hurting, or sore
skin from being wet, if it's the latter, you might want to use breastpads

I wouldn't worry. Mine have been leaking a bit of colustrum since I was six
weeks pregnant. (Ick) Mum says that's how she knew she was pg both times.

Lisa,

Nothing to worry about but to go out and get some breast pads to place in
your bra's. you may also want to get a 'night bra' I got mine at
Motherhood and put the pads in them at night also.

Good luck

Nope - quite normal for some women in some pregnancies.
I leaked breastmilk *everywhere* after DD was born, but haven't leaked a
drop with DS.
Maybe try breastpads and a towel to sleep on if it gets really bad.
