concerned about Ada

I'm probably just being paranoid, basically Ada seems too good, she sleeps
well, is alert and doesn't really cry, though recently she has been a bit on
and off and the breast accompanied with some mild pain for me on one side.
So today I noted down when she fed and how long for and what it was like,
basically the result is she has had 4 feeds, but only 2 of them I would
count as "proper" meaning she spend at least 5 minutes actually sucking
quite strongly before coming off and on. This seems very minimal though I
can tell she must be getting quite a bit of milk even in the very on off
feeds as I can see if dribbling. I don't have a current weight for her, I'm
thinking of trying to get her weighed tomorrow. The problem is if her weight
gain isn't good we will have to review my medication and the idea of
stopping either is very very scary. I am on Zoloft as I had severe
depression after Nathanael, so far it is a preventative measure, but I feel
if I stopped it I would be really on the edge. The other is codeine and
paracetamol, I usually take the maximum daily dose of both, the idea of
going without painkillers is basically inconceivable, I'd end up bed bound
rather than just housebound, so all in all I am very nervous right now, I
estimated her weight from our scales a week ago and she had put on no weight
in a fortnight, she seems to have eaten even less over the last week, but
she looks so well, it's very confusing.

I've really no idea what to do

she's 5 months, some of her feeds definitely fall into that category, but
30seconds seems too short to be satisfying.

A 30 second feed sounds like it's for comfort - she wouldn't even get let
down. Does she seem content and alert afterwards, or cranky as though she's
dissatisfied? Nursing strikes typically don't happen until around 7 months,
but there are always exceptions. Has she been doing anything new, like
rolling over or crawling?
Ana became extremely distractable around the same age. It helped to lie down
in a dark, quiet place, free of distractions. I even had to pull the duvet
over her head to blinker her from looking at things around the room, or
she'd do the pop-on, pop off routine. Then she began playing with the covers
:-/ It was extremely frustrating for a while and took a lot of persistence.
There were feeds that I just gave up on for a while, but she seemed to make
up for them later.
I didn't know that either zoloft or paracetamol or codeine affected supply,
but I don't have a copy of Hales.
Is she still having wet naps? You say she looks so well, and with your
mothering experience you can probably trust your instincts on that. Keep in
mind that scales can vary significantly, and that it's normal for the growth
of breastfed babies to slow around the second half of the first year. Ana
fell off her growth curve at one point and plateaued for a while - she
looked scrawny for a bit no matter how much I fed her. She more than made up
for it though in later months, and looks like a normal toddler now (I
think).
Get her weighed if you're worried, but try to make sure it's with the same
scales she was last weighed on. I hope it doesn't mean going off your
medication, I know how rough things have been for you with the pain etc.

One other thing - has anything changed for you recently, such as a new
perfume, or getting AF back? Or for Ada, such as other people staying in the
house, a change in routine etc?

she seems content and alert afterwards, but she does this most feeds, when
number of feeds is only about 5 anyway, yesterday she really only had one
good feed, 2 okish and 2-3 where she did that, though I think she got a let
down as there was plenty of milk bubbling around her mouth.

they shouldn't affect supply, I definitely have plenty of milk, can pump
ridiculous amounts, it's more could they be affecting her

at least 8 wet nappies (we using reusables), she seems so well, but my
instinct right now is that this minimal amount of feeding is not normal
