Without disputing for a moment that breast is best, I will point out
that some unstated portion of the "bottlefed babies are sick" is due
to "sick babies are bottlefed."

In other words, the conclusion is right but the numbers may be
misleading.

I'm not sure even teh conclusion is correct: it made no distinction for
most of the illnesses between babies who are given formula milk in
bottles and babies who are given breast milk in bottles.
