Mom Who Starved Daughter Gets Lifetime Probation
Police Find Life Insurance Policy Taken Out Week Before 2-Year-Old's Death

PHOENIX -- A judge sentenced a west Phoenix woman to lifetime probation
Tuesday after she admitted to starving her 2-year-old daughter to death.

Eboni Perri, 26, had earlier pleaded guilty to charges of attempted child
abuse.

Her daughter, Nakeisha Walker, was pronounced dead at a Phoenix hospital on
March 5, 2005. She weighed only 14 pounds at the time, NewsChannel5 sister
station ABC15 in Phoenix reported.

After Nakeisha's death, police searched Perri's apartment. Officers found no
baby formula, cups, plates or utensils, they said.

They did find a $15,000 life insurance policy Perri took out on her daughter
seven days before her death.

Nakeisha was born in March 2003 with neurological problems because of
prenatal cocaine and marijuana in her system, according to prosecutors.

Child Protective Services said they went to Perri's home five times after
receiving complaints Nakeisha was being neglected.

Could there possibly be a more blatant display of disparagement in
sentencing?? Had this been the child's father.. he never would have made it
out of the courthouse alive. But she gets probation???? PROBATION?!?!

Those stupid ****-sticks in AZ got exactly what they elected - a liberal
judge that thinks a women can do no wrong.

This is what happens when liberals place like minded judges (those who
believe that a female can do no wrong) on the bench, they get asinine
decisions like this.

A truely cold-blooded, calculating killer gets off, damned-near scott free,
after starving a toddler to death - and just so you understand what she did,
let me repeat that - SHE STARVED HER OWN TWO YEAR OLD DAUGHTER TO DEATH.

And now, thanks to a plea deal with the judge, she can walk our
neighborhoods again.

Who's she gonna kill next? Your child? Mine? What's it gonna take to stop
these lawless judges from allowing scum such as Eboni Perri to go free?

Another example of really poor reporting. Why would a reporter imply there
should have been baby formula for a 2 year old?

Must not have recognized the 2 year old only weighed 14 pounds. What is
