They didn't even visit the homes where foster children sexually abused.
Caseworkers are REQUIRED TO VISIT THE children in state custody. Not unlike
the Jersey situation, where kids were visited, but no assessments were done of
their shameful physical condition.

This is the second foster care suit settled this yr with DSHS. Guess the
Washingtontaxpayers don't know what's going on with DSHS. However, nationally
CPS agencies are scorned for their inadequate, neglectful, negligent
supervision.
