Stern hasn't had a job for 20 something years. After Anna died, he borrowed
money from his parents to survive. I don't think Birkhead will seek CS
anyway.

There are a couple of other possibilities.

First, if Anna Nicole and Stern both voluntarily signed a Joint Declaration
of Paternity naming Stern as the father, and that is how his name got on the
birth certificate, this could get interesting. Normally under that
circumstance there is a statutory limitation for either of the parents named
on the declaration to challenge its validity. If stern refuses to challenge
any joint declaration he may still be the legal father even though he is not
the bio-father.

Second, based on the outcome of the first possibility, there is now no way
for Anna Nicole and Birkhead to both voluntarily sign a revised Joint
Declaration of Paternity. Most of the case law allows a bio-father to use
DNA testing to be ruled in as a bio-father but DNA is not used to exclude a
father even though the DNA shows he is not the bio-father.

The legal show goes on!

I don't think Birkhead will seek CS anyway.

Probably not, which is really too bad. He'd be screwing over a lawyer
and helping to show the public just how horrid the family courts have
gotten at the same time. It would be Win-Win!
