Parental Rights to be defended by CCHR in Hollywood Dec 6, 03
Dear Friends,
I am passing this on for a group we are helping--families whose children have been taken away for no real reason and put into foster care by CPS (Child Protective Services). A major problem is that the majority of children in foster care currently get "mental health" treatment, usually including one or more psychiatric drugs. And, sometimes kids are taken away when the parents refuse to put them on psych drugs. We currently have a bill in the California Legislature--AB 1424--that would outlaw this last practice. Come and, if you have one, wear a CCHR t-shirt such as "stop psychiatric drugging of children" or "Psychiatrists are here--Hide your children!"
