Just wondering...
My stomach has been feeling incredibly tight on the top and around the sides
(especially right along my ribs). I am pretty sure it is not my uterus having braxton hicks (sp?). But I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this and if there was some way to ease it up, since it isn't very comfortable. I was thinking about trying out some yoga to see if just strengthening my muscles might help. I did talk to my doctor's nurse today and she said that she didn't think it was anything to worry about but that if I wanted (which I didn't) I could go in today and be checked out. So I am just observing myself until Monday to make sure it is just my stomach muscles. Thanks |
