Default Delicate and Embarrassing Question ~ Post Delivery

It's been 2 months since I gave birth via C Section.

I stopped bleeding around 7 weeks PP. I am STILL leaking something very
foul smelling. It's disgusting. It's not allot, but enough to bother me.

I using thong pantiliners during the day and at nite sleep in my granny
panties.

Any ideas?

If it smells bad, see a doc.

I can't believe it's been two months, Carol Ann! Wow.

I agree with JenRose - while a discharge is normal, it shouldn't be an
unpleasant one. Give your OB a call.

How is Morgan (I hope I'm remembering her name right) sleeping?

Oh wow. That blows. Here's naive me thinking the one bonus of a c-section is
that surely they suction all that stuff out at the same time so you hardly
bleed, if at all :-/
Hope it clears up, as Jenrose said I'd see a Dr. for any discharge that
smelt bad.

sounds like you might have some retained products, I'd go get checked just

incase you don't want to end up with a nasty infection...

I just read the other day in The Pregnancy Book that if your lochia has a
foul odor to see your doctor.

To reiterate what everyone else has said, foul odor is a sign on infection.
Trot yourself down to the doc asap!

Nope! I bled off and on for 6 weeks (although most of the heavy bleeding
was over by 2-3 weeks.

Hummmm, dont know Carolann BUT when I was discharged, the two things I
remember was, the nurse saying, if you fill more that ONE pad a day with
blood OR have a bad smell, call the Dr.

good luck......;-)))))

If you listen out your window you shoud hear Chloe crying all the way
from Pa. hehe...J/K

LOL...hows Morgan?
