Default Asymptomatic Thrush?

Is it possible to have thrush without any symptoms? Caterpillar has
what is definitely a yeast rash, and now that I'm looking, those white
spots on my nipples might not be dried milk. I've been a little sore,
but I've attributed it to too much pumping. No itchiness or pain or
anything.

Sterilize everything, acidophilous capsules, maybe antifungal cream? I
have to wear nice clothes for work, so am hesitant to become too purple.
Caterpillar has antifungal for her rash, so I've got it available.
Haven't added to the freezer stash recently, and she's drinking today's
milk tomorrow, so there shouldn't be too much recontamination risk from
there. Anything else?

FWIW, you don't *have* to throw out frozen EBM that was pumped during a
thrush outbreak. When we had thrush in January, I didn't realize it was
thrush until a week into it, and I thought I'd have to throw out some of my
freezer stash. My LC was adamant that I didn't have to throw it out, so I
didn't, and we used that milk a few weeks later with no recurrence of the
thrush.
