Default 20 Billion spent by CPS yet NOT 1 state passed Fed audits

Yet, folks continue to tout the fact that CPS is effective and needed.

Originally child abuse hotlines investigated and substantiated around 3K
complaints of child abuse, and neglect.

We are now up to close to 3 MILLION complaints.

You see...'mo money, 'mo juice, 'mo folks needing represenatation and more
children consigned to the criminal justice system.
