If you are interested in having your teeth cleaned for only $20, here is
your chance!

** All dental hygiene services will be provided under the supervision
of registered dental hygienists and dentist **

Fees:
$20 - Adult 17+
$10 - Child 16 or younger
$4 per x-ray film taken
Free parking

Services include:
- Free Screening
- Full mouth examination (including cancer screening)
- Oral Hygiene instruction
- Cleaning (scaling and polishing as needed)
- Fluoride treatment if necessary
- Pit and fissure sealants
- And more...

Clinic Time Slots:
- Tuesday and Friday (8-11:30am)
- Thursday (1-4:30pm)
- Evening clinic (5-8pm) - begins in May 2005

Client Requirements:
- Reliable adults or children from age 5 to 16
- In relatively good health, or on appropriate medications
- Have at least 10 natural teeth present
- You must attend all appointments as determined to be necessary
- You need to be punctual
