Default He just stopped drinking!

I seem to be encountering many problems these days... could explain my
delurking (I always read, but don't always post).

Well. Now. Guillaume is 5 months old. He's been eating cereals and veggies
for a month now, and so far everything went fine. Until about a week ago,
when he simply stopped caring for milk. He wakes up every night between 3:30
and 4:00 AM, has maybe 4 to 6 ounces, sometimes up to 8, but then, refuses
any bottle offered to him, until at least 11:30AM. However, he screams
because of hunger. So a couple of times I caved in and gave him cereals,
which calmed him, and after he was able to take some milk in. Not more than
2 or 3 ounces, though.

Today, it's been really bad. He didn't have more than 4 ounces from 2AM
(starnge night) until 2PM. Then he slept for 3 hours, without eating either,
and when he woke up, he refused his milk again. He had some cereals later,
but refused the milk again and again.

It's now 8:00PM and he's finally drinking from his bottle, looking like he's
going to have a full 8 ounces.

My babysitter suggested switching formula; maybe he just got bored with the
taste of this one. Can that be? I figure it may be so, I mean, breatmilk
probably changes taste over meals, so babies don't get bored... Well, I
don't know.

I'm starting to regret giving him solids so early. Well, what's done is
done, and I can't change it.

Any advice? Should I just wait it out and not overworry?
He's still a laughing happy baby, not looking sick at all...
