woman to state that he was the father against her will. Lovely people

Hmm... The mother agreed that he wasn't the father... How much ya
wanna bet those thousands of CS dollars he owes are slated to go right
into the federal (and state) coffers because she was on Welfare?

Of course, the state will claim it's "in the best interests of the
child"... Wotta joke.

And you know, on this one, I really don't blame the mother, because I
can probably see how this one went down.

Hospital clerk: "you have two choices: you either finger him as the
father, or we stick you with a $5,000 bill. Sign on the dotted line."

Congratulations Mizzou, you've now legalized evidence via extortion.
