I now believe that child molesters & rapists, whether teens or
adults,
should be shot dead, ... if the legal system fails, & if it refuses
to
punish or control them.

The harm these predators choose to do (over & over), far outweighs
any
good or productive things, which they might one day choose to do.

Susan, Su_Texas my opinions

What if they are falsely accused of molestation .... shoot anyway?

Should we shot drunk drivers too? They actually KILL people ... even
kids!

I have no sympathy for drunk drivers who kill people. They choose to
drink.
They choose to drive. They deserve more punishment than they typically
get,
which is usually a mere 'vehicular manslaughter'.

Yes. I always wonder why killing someone with a gun is murder and
gets you life in prison, while killing someone with a car gets you
"community service" and no prison time at all.

Intent matters. A lot.

exactly -- it is what defines murder and its degrees

=============

The Need For Some Justice

From what I've seen in East Texas, the DA never gets around to trying
the drunk drivers who choose to murder, so they go free to keep on
harming & murdering.
Plus, the murdering-type drunks get to strut & brag about their
goodness & innocence, in front of the families of their victims, &
other people, (just like the child molesters do), esp. at the churches
here, ... because they weren't tried or convicted of anything, so
there's no legal-type proof.

There is an up-side to this very awful thing, you know. Every now &
then, the drunk drivers do hit & kill each other. [The drunk who hit
my car (driver's side door even!), was hit & killed by another drunk
driver, years later. And the drunk who hit my car, had been my
elementary school music teacher.]

The family of the murdered person should have the right, to go shoot &
kill the drunk driver, ... IF the law keeps choosing not to act. The
families should not be further harmed & victimized like this, by the
govt's MANY flaws & OBVIOUS failures.

Plus, the Do-Nothing-Type DAs should face some penalties for
obstruction of justice, collusion to harm, malfeasance in office,
etc., ... but there's no govt agency who'll actually investigate or
confirm wrongdoing in govt.

[I now know from experience, that you can't convince or force a govt
employee or elected-politician to work, no matter what you say or do.
And that most govt agencies are fake-fronts. They're nothing but
bogus names/labels on doors & in the phone book.]

The legal system has failed to protect us, & has failed to get us
justice. However, it is there to super-punish & penalize anyone, who
gives up on it & tries to get some justice, on their own.

The govt seems to want people to be & stay, its & everyone else's,
victims for life, ... to be conned & used, robbed & harmed repeatedly,
& even murdered. [These are bad power & control games, taken to the
extreme.] It's the typical/common master & slave relationship.

Govt/corporations/wealthy = masters with all legal rights.

Us = slaves with no enforceable legal rights or protection.

Sad.

It's important to fight back in smart & savvy ways, against the
elected politicians & govt who've now harmed us so badly, ... & to
hold each individual accountable for their wrongdoing.

Susan, Su_Texas my opinions

PS The first thing that needs to go, are the statutes of limitations
on crimes. These are being used by lazy govt workers & others, to
obstruct justice, ... to see that no justice can happen.

It's not a good idea to publish your kids' names and birthdates. You
don't have to be paranoid to get your identity stolen.
