Default protecting 2nd wife's assets

The ex can't get to the 2nd's assets, unless the 2nd wife choose to use
her assets to get her husband out of jail...at least not here in
Virginia.

The ex can't garnish your retirement accounts either. But the courts can
order you to pay unreasonable CS and say they don't care how you come up
with the money, just pay up. It's no different with 2nd wife assets. They
get attacked tangentially to get around the laws.
