My Day in Court
Well, I finally had my court date with my EX. I was going after
increased visitation and reduction in child support. She was kicking and screaming the whole time. She complained that she had to take the day off from work, yada, yada. It went well. She fought for no visitation unless supervised. Her reasoning was that I was a "distant dad". Meaning I was never around. I proved that I was more than around. Attended childs sporting and school events. She erupted that I was never around due to work. I produced 5 frivilous Restraining Orders that she had applied for over the last 1.5 years and proved to the court that this was the only reason I was not around. So, the judge awarded me weekends, and a holiday schedule that she was not happy with. As far as child support, they went right by the state guidelines and reduced my payments by $42/week. This will be a huge help to me. Even better, they ordered her to pay 1/2 of the childrens medical insurance. Just that comes to $65/week. This is HUGE. She has always had access to employer funded insurance and I have always had to pay private. So, all in all, a great day. When HUD decided to reduce the amount of free money they gave her, she got downright nasty about it blaming it all on Bush (go figure). Being forced to pay money to someone who will not work for their own is bad enough; but for the recipient to proclaim that it is a "fault" that such extortion is being reduced takes the cake! This is one trait in common amongst women who are paid to be lazy. Do Woman Rule? http://mylesbian.blogspot.com/ Save 50% On Your Student Loans http://clc-micro.blogspot.com/ |

It's "for the child," after all. We just heard that story from Soprano and she bought into it hook, line and sinker. |

I might add that I know more than just a few people who DESPISE their mother who pawned their father for cash. Eventually, it comes home to roost. |
