Vixen: What was your interest in the first place?
If you are driven off by back biting and sneering, then why
do you address the man who claims to have (in the past) been
some high muckety muck in Child Protection,

Nope: County Social Services Advisory Committee member and later
Chair. That's what got me access and taught me how to keep gaining
access to things I was interested in...and I got that appointment by
defending a friend against CPS attempts to find her for neglect and
abuse, and having a man's shoes under her bed...r r r r...they were
her's of course as she was a grannie dress wearing back to the country
hippy type and former CPS worker from MS who coached me on how to help
her....I had the presence, she had the info, between us we kicked
asses bloody.

yet refers to
a person with Social Work credentials as "The Plant"

I don't recall The Plant claiming to have social work creds. What were
they? Lost more than two kids to CPS?

and
various types of vegetation?

Goodness me oh my, and I did that to stop the foul language. Shall I
go back?

Do these vegetation references ad infinatum strike you
as something appropriate from a supposed professional?

Do they stike you as a professional with a sense of humor and a bigger
sense of the absurd triggered by interacting with twits like you and
The Rutabaga?

Even more interesting would be if you'd look back (if available) at
Kane's older posts where he swore a blue streak over and over.

The best surgeon I ever knew (a relative, and you'd recognize him if I
said his name here) had a mouth like a stevedore in the OR. Sweet as
pie outside. I swear when I work. r r r r

But that's the ""professional"" or ""expert"" you consult.

I'm being consulted? I don't think that level has been reached. She is
trying to sort out the sheep from the goats. And she's having a very
hard time given your propensity to baaaah.

If you think this forum is feisty, I doubt you have ever
had a child removed by CPS. Their written complaints are
so inane that even the stupidest of arguments in here must
seem like genius by comparison.

No, yours faaaaar surpass anything I've seen them come up with and
they do come up with some doozies sometime...but not in your class,
you lazy good for nothing child abusing ass.

You are right about everybody wanting REAL child abuse
to be dealt with seriously.

If real child abuse was dealt with seriously that little girl you got
your jaw broken over would have been removed from the home you sit in
on your lazy a....wait, she was......r r r r....damn good child
protective work. See, they can do it right occasionally.

The problem is that those
good intentions in America have been USED by political
opportunists to create an entire INDUSTRY.

The biggest lie and the stupidest assumption by the so called experts
I've ever seen. They are an industry of their own. CPS is paid by the
services it provides, exactly like all other government agencies.

One naive big
wheel Social Work expert, Gelles, who wrote ASFA, is quite
dismayed that the funding and bonuses have lead these
agencies to outright ABUSE families for the funding.

Oh come now. He's not the least naive. Nor was he going in. We had
CAPTA for a model for him to see the possibilities of even more of the
same: less time for families, more enforced services, even more
pressure on the judges to bring cases more swiftly to a close, less
apportioned money to prevention and up front services.

I've never quite figured out if he had a game, and if so what it was.
NO in child welfare that is studying it is that stupid. I, with far
less experience back when ASFA first was discussed was screaming my
head off and pointed exactly what has now happened.

Somebody else estimated that the entire Child Abuse Industry,
county prosecutors, Juvenile Courts, Services Contracts,
Visit Supervision, Psychological Evaluations, etc..
Involves 41 BILLION DOLLARS.

And the have managed to keep abuse and neglect at the same levels
despite the growing population, greater complexity of cultures, and
more widespread use of more drugs, some of which the WOD folks haven't
even found out the names of yet.

It is a GOVERNMENT AGENCY that is it's own political cause.
The US CONGRESS knows that it's a monster.

Wooooeeee. Woooooeee. Alarum Alarum.

I would welcome your philosopical discussions. Though that
might be longer than the attention span of several people,
it could not be much worse than the long insult posts and
swearing I have already seen.

It will serve to give you an excuse not the answer the question asked
so often, why don't you get out of there and let that child have her
mother back? Or at least get a job.

I would suggest you try smaller more descrete bits of
philosophy, that can be kicked around from a practical
standpoint. Yes, the practical does dominate in here,
but that is not a requirement.

Yeah, it will make Greegor look relevant.

What are your views on Socialism?

It doesn't work. And you have been complaining by claiming that CPS is
the capitalist model...industry that can create itself bigger all the
time. What a twit.

(Practical importance to Child Protection issue.)
(Parens Patriae Government as Parent)

You miss the point. It's society that is interfering in your little
game to take a mother from her child, and frightening and threatening
the child. We don' like it, and CPS is our government tool to stop
little self serving lazy ass twits like you.

Whereas you mentioned Aldous Huxley's Brave New World,
the practical experiences are more akin to
Franz Kafka's The Trial or George orwells 1984.

Erudite, they name is not Greegor.

Socialism in the arena of parenting, as in Hillary
Clintons "It Takes A Village" (ghost written by the way)
sickens me.

My own personal feelings aside, government is
SO BAD AT BEING A PARENT that a lot of those ideas seem
to fail whenever they get any sort of actual application.

Odd. I've never met a single worker that didn't claim that CPS was a
lousy parent, and that's why they look for models closer to family,
either get the child home or into a permanent placement with another
family.

Teddy Roosevelt made it happen. Blame him if you don't like it.

(I am torn about Socialism on the economic front though,
detesting it, yet forced to acknowledge that it may be
a REQUIREMENT in the long run.) A Political Conservative,
I am conflicted because the EXTREME RICH have stood things
on their head. Today NBC news reported that large numbers
of white collar jobs are being shifted to INDIA and other
countries with cheap labor. Blue collar jobs have been
draining away to other countries for some time, but now
we are losing large masses of white collar jobs as well.

While these economic factors will impact home economics
and families dealing with Child Protection, the part of
socialism that is creeping into place with Child Protection
is more of a direct match for this Newsgroup.

It is also even more repulsive to me than economic socialism.

Do you really think you don't have any words of support to
offer to families under attack from Child Protection?

More boring twittery than usual.

It will be interesting if you can get someone to take you seriously
before they get the idea of googling on your addy and finding out
about your self admitted treatment of that little girl, and you big
time help of the mother with your motion to the court....

I've noticed fewer and fewer newbies that come here fall for your
bull**** and they catch on more quickly all the time.

Best,

Kane
