THE F CRIME: BBC POLL HIJACKED

Attention Oregon Attorney General Hardy Myers (via ):

Please immediately stop "fluoridation," the poisoning of Oregon drinking
water.

The BBC is taking poll without informing people that the water poisoning is
an obvious crime even if the poison is good for people (see below)...

In this regard...

PAUL CONNETT, PhD failed to mention the criminal aspect of the water
poisoning when he wrote to the BBC ):

"...I have been following this poll closely over the last couple of weeks
and I have seen the vote against fluoridation hold very steady at 94%
NO, right up until this morning with 409 votes. All of a sudden it has
jumped to over 4000 votes with a massive swing to 91% YES. It looks to
me as if this has been hacked in some way..."

ANDREW C JEFFREY of the BBC replied:

Hi Paul

Many thanks for your e-mail, and quite rightly pointing out what seems
to be a hijack of the vote. I will be investigating how this happened by
assessing the comments that may have come in and the page impressions
etc.

I will endeavour to come back to you and let you know anything that is
appropriate.

Thank you again.

Regards - Andrew

DR. GASTALDO RESPONDS...

Andrew,

According to an article on the BBC website,

"Councillor Norma Wright, Chairman of the Health & Well-Being Review
Committee said, '...the Strategic Health Authority [can only] make their
final decision...after a huge public consultation exercise.'"
http://www.bbc.co.uk/wear/content/ar..._debate_featur
e.shtml

This may not be a true statement - the Strategic Health Authority may not
legally be able to decide to force medicate ("fluoridate").

Forced medication is likely illegal in the UK as it is in the US.

Similarly, it is likely illegal in the UK - as it is in the US - for some
people - e.g. The Strategic Health Authority - to VOTE to force medicate
other people.

I say these things because...

In the US, common law indicates that it is assault and battery to force
medicate - even if good medication is used...

The California Supreme Court wrote in the 1993 case of Daniel Thor v.
The Superior Court of Solano County 93 C.D.O.S. 5658:

"The common law has long recognized this principle: *A physician who
performs any medical procedure without the patient's consent commits a
battery irrespective of the skill or care used." [Thor at 5659]

In the US, most "fluoridation" is "unconsented touching" of people's insides
with hazardous substances from waste sites (FSA, lead and arsenic) and
expert testimony is not needed to prosecute such a crime, as in,

Wuerz v. Huffaker, 42 S.W.3d 652* (Mo.App. E.D. 2001)
THE COURT OF APPEALS OF THE STATE OF MISSOURI EASTERN DISTRICT
No. ED77427
2001.MO.0000030 http://www.versuslaw.com
January 23, 2001:

"In the absence of any consent, a physician is subject to liability for
battery....Baltzell, 752 S.W.2d at 906; Louisell & Williams, Sections 22.03,
8.06 (1998)."

"To establish battery based on lack of consent, a plaintiff is only required
to prove the occurrence of unconsented touching. Louisell & Williams,
Section 22.03."

"The sole question in such a case is whether the patient was informed of the
nature of the procedure and consented to it. Id. Thus, expert testimony is
not required..."
http://biotech.law.lsu.edu/cases/con...v_Huffaker.htm

NOTE WELL...

In the US - and probably also in the UK...

When it is so much as SUSPECTED that children are having their water
poisoned...

When it is so much as suspected that children are having limbs amputated as
a consequence...

Penal law MANDATES that the crime be reported by mandated reporters
immediately.

The State of Oregon encourages reports from EVERYONE when child abuse is
suspected...

"ALL OREGON CITIZENS ARE ENCOURAGED TO REPORT SUSPECTED [CHILD ABUSE] TO DHS
OR LAW ENFORCEMENT. Over 25 percent of the substantiated cases of child
abuse are reported by concerned citizens who are not required to report.
Failure to report is a violation and carries a maximum penalty of $1,000.00.
Mandatory reporters have also been successfully sued for damages in civil
court for failing to report.©®¢

Oddly, Paul Connett has so far refused to publicize just the fact that
common law indicates that the mass water poisoning is a crime.

This latter fact should always be stated when discussing the F crime - along
with the fact that poisoning children's water is obvious child abuse.

Sincerely,

Todd

Dr. Gastaldo
Hillsboro, Oregon
USA

PS1 Paul Connett likes to tell everyone about how babies who drink formula
reconstituted with poisoned water get as much as 100 times more of the
poison than breastfed babies. See
www.fluoridealert.org.

Paul also likes to tell everyone about the Harvard professor who apparently
concealed the conclusion of one of his own graduate students who
demonstrated that boys who drink the poisoned water are at 700% greater risk
of limb amputation and death than boys who drink water that is not poisoned.
Again, see www.fluoridealert.org.

I think it truly bizarre therefore that Paul is failing to urge people to
report the mass water poisoning as child abuse.

When BBC takes polls, it should include the key information that Paul
Connett mysteriously ignores.

PS2 Paul Connett is also failing to publicize the bizarre QUILES case
rubberstamped by the Florida Supreme Court. According to QUILES, the mass
water poisoning is not forced medication because Florida cities are
"fluoridating" FAUCETS - not bloodstreams!

For details...

See The F Crime: The QUILES faucet fraud...
