Gerald Newton has been diagnosed with isoniazid-resistant (INH-R)
tuberculosis. In 2002 he had a 38mm PPD reaction (sort of like seeing
a black cat firecracker blow like a half stick of dynamite). The test
was administered at the State Public Health Laboratory in Anchorage
and after drug susceptibility testing Gerald Newton went through
various drug intervals using INH, RIF, PZA, EMB, and numerous
antibiotics yet Gerald Newton's sputum cultures continue to test
positive.

Surveillance indicates that Gerald Newton coughs often and without
covering his mouth. Why does the general public not know about Gerald
Newton's loathsome disease? Because the "law" feels that even though
he is carrying a walking carrier, his loathsome disease is
"confidential."

This adds additional risks to allowing Gerald Newton to come into
contact with the small boys he likes to violently rape. Although
Gerald Newton today does not respond to Viagra and related Erectile
Dysfunction treatments, he is a proven history of using phallic
objects such as large broom sticks to viciously penetrate the children
