Because if zie had, zie would realize that the increase impacts *all*
students not just white ones, and is being used to generate money for
hiring new faculty members and supporting outreach to Wisconsin's
elementary and secondary school system and retention efforts, in
addition to providing financial aid for recruiting low-income students
(who are not necessarily minorities, although the plan is to target
minorities as well.
