NJ recently enacted legislation providing that certain classes of juvenile
offenders MUST submit DNA samples for the database.

So not only has the Federal Law been extended in certain states, states will
compile registries of juvenile offenders.

This is significant in relation to computers being used by CPS. We ARE seeing
intrusions into other criminal actors, too.

We are into a "Brave New World" of emerging technologies.
