Default pregnant?

Im only 18 and my boyfriend and I have been sexually active for a year.
we've been together long enough where i do trust him, and hes my first
partner. Im late on my period but have been cramping for almost a week
now, which is a sign of my period. my breasts are also tender. I
thought i had it when i woke up this morning, but i must have been
spotting because nothing is there.
we use condoms when we have sex, and im really worried. any
suggestions- yes obviously i could go test but i was wondering if
anyone had any reassurances for me.
thanks
