travel tips for two-year-olds?

just popping in after being away for wild -- in the interim, we've
booked a trip which will include a day or two in Disneyland, and a
cruise with children's program. does anyone have any travel tips for
flying with, vacationing with, and generally hanging out with a couple
of sweet but energetic little girls?

my husband and I are used or traveling with family and/or friends of the
group, so it will be a bit of a departure to be all on our own with the
girls -- but now that I've convinced Julian that we should go,I feel I
should offer up some time-tested strategies to help ease his concerns

(He's the stay-at-home parent so the holiday won't be too much different
from his day-to-day adventures in many respects -- whereas it will be
very different from my usual workday!)
