Procedures for protesting outside courthouse?
Hi,
Just curious. I MIGHT want to find one or two other NCP's to protest with me outside the local ncp ripoff center (courthouse). If I ever got up the nerve to do such a self-serving thing, would I immediately be "detained for questioning" by the cops? Does one have to fill out forms weeks in advance, get approvals, etc, and get on the "embittered over his divorce" watchlist ? I would be carrying a sign saying something like "repeal no-fault divorce" and/or "repeal lifestyle child support". Thanks, L |

This was an earlier post: (look at the methods they used).....
Ten-year hell is over for a loving father http://www.observer.co.uk/uk_news/st...982508,00.html This guy in the article above protested outside the home of a judge, and apparently was sentenced to 10 months in jail, by the same judge, later, because the judge was ****ed off about the protests. That is what is implied. I don't have a particular judge in mind, just the divorce laws and cs laws, which suck, and the judges in general, who ignore the good laws, enforce the bad laws, and rule without any particular law in mind, just to reward lazy ex-wives and punish working ex-husbands. I do not want to get arrested, but having a photographer nearby is a good idea ! I will view my protest as a catharsis of sorts for the immoral sh*t I have been subjected to due to these evil cs and divorce laws, and as my "small step for mankind" in the fight to put morality back into the divorce and cs laws. |

Get a permit. As an American, you have the right to organize it. This
should eleviate your concerns about getting busted. -Drew "Lecher9000" wrote in message ... Hi, Just curious. Can you find the article where this happened? I would be curious to see
what he was charged with. -Drew "Lecher9000" wrote in message ... This was an earlier post: (look at the methods they used)..... That is what is implied. Well, if Judges start locking people up for legally protesting then NCPs have every right to use whatever means necessary to ensure that Judge and others like them are unable to perform such an injustice in the future. I don't have a particular judge in mind, just the divorce laws and cs laws, which suck, and the judges in general, who ignore the good laws, enforce the bad laws, and rule without any particular law in mind, just to reward lazy ex-wives and punish working ex-husbands.
