It was from something lactation-y... a online or in person.... but it
wasn't the kind of gentle chompy 'sucking' - that's comfort sucking.
When the tongue is doing the motion but there isn't much actual sucking
going on, that is when the tongue is getting the *really* fatty stuff.
Not much swallowing going on because there is not much volume. I know
when my son does this in his sleep, and he comes off, there is some
*really* white thick looking milk in his mouth. If he does it long
enough, I'll have another letdown and he'll come off (being not hungry
anymore).

Sorry, I can't remember exactly where/when I heard it... it was very
recent tho. Perhaps my ozmidwifery email list?
