NORTHWEST AIRLINES BANS ALL CARRY ONS
NORTHWEST AIRLINES says don't bring anything on board except your self. So
it will speed up check in and boarding time.

Having just looked at the website, they are not BANNING anything. (Except the usual stuff now banned by all airlines.) They encourage you to check all luggage to speed check-in, but you can still bring carry-on luggage. I still expect that I'll be bringing books and prescription meds, and my purse with money/wallet/etc. on flights for the forseeable future. Naomi
