Default Virginia JDR Court Judge DISMISSES Contempt Charge brought by DCSE

This morning, in Fairfax County, a JDR Court Judge DISMISSED a
contempt charge brought by DCSE against a non-custodial parent on
grounds that the non-attorney employee of DCSE who signed the motion
for rule to show cause had no statutory authority to sign any
pleadings.

There is no indication that DCSE will appeal this judge's findings to
the Circuit Court.

They should take it one step further, bring the DCSE Employee up on charges
of practicing law without a license.
Signing legal documents without proper authorization is a serious thing!

Actually, I would think that impersonating a judge is a MORE serious offense
than impersonating a lawyer, or even a police officer since the impact on
the victim is more severe. Here they toss fathers who cannot afford to pay
the ransom in debtors prison, yet at the same time allow their OWN felons,
who are illegally attempting to do this by violating their OWN laws, to walk
away scott free! Pretty sick people, huh.
