ron justifies cps' criminalization of parents

I have done no such thing, please review the available data. I will be
happy to wait for the apology.

Courts determine if the actions of parents are criminal, not CPS and
not I. I do support the idea that CPS is where the experts are on what
actions by a parent are harmful to the children in their care. After
all, that is what the agency was designed for, it is where the training
is available, and it is what the workers in part were hired for.

Our elected representatives are the individuals who determine what is
and what is not a criminal action. After all, they are the ones that
design and pass the laws that make ours a civilized nation.

I understand that this whole thing is a bit to complicated for someone
as intellectually limited as yourself maggy, but one of the reasons I
frequent this venue is to pass along the knowledge I have to those who
need it, and to learn from those who are willing to pass along their
knowledge. Unfortunately I do not believe that I have anything to
learn from either you or gregg (now that I have read his motion to the
courts out there in Iowa). The level of ignorance you have displayed
so far has no educational value for the rest of us. As far as gregg is
concerned, his motion has shown us just how concieted an ignorant
person can be.

Nope. He notes the facts: that some parents (thankfully rather a small
proportion of the total number of parents) do in fact do criminal acts
against their children.

Hi, Kane,

Child abuse is a crime.

You have proof they have not done so?

Maggie's point was that CPS identifies those who have done so.

And CPS makes no decisions as to the violations of law being crimes. The
judges do that.

CPS workers unilaterally -- with sign off by their supervisor --
substantiate allegations of child abuse. They determine if parents have
abused their children and make a finding without involvement of judges or
courts. Child abuse is a crime.

You don't even understand our government system, yet you feel free to
criticize it. Ethically indefensible, lil 'o'

The poster understands CPS practices and the intact government systems
involved in them.

death........china calls falun gong an "anti-china political group" and
has tried to brutally crush it since 1999.........china's foreign
ministry qin gang urged the american gov'ment to censor and marginalize
falun gong if it wants to preserve china-america

Um, Ron?
It never was MY motion to the court, but my SO's pleading.
You're supposedly in Nebraska but referred to Iowa as "out there"?

Glad I was able to help. It is the responsibility of the wise to
educate the ignorant, and so far you have shown yourself to be just as
ignorant as the rest of the anti-cps mob.

Ronald:
As for me not having legal standing, that's
an interesting point since the agency
accused me of many things but didn't
give me a chance to rebut anything in court.

A caseworker asserted a fictional
""sex abuse history"" about me but
there was no channel for me to correct
that lie, which still has not been corrected.

When I was being "tried in absentia"
what is your complaint about my input
exactly?

Hi, Kane,

Child abuse is a crime.

What did I just say above?

You have proof they have not done so?

Maggie's point was that CPS identifies those who have done so.

I asked him a question. He's along time poster to this ng under at least
three nyms, all of which to one degree or another is an apologist for
abusive parents. And neglectful parenting.

And CPS makes no decisions as to the violations of law being crimes. The
judges do that.

CPS workers unilaterally -- with sign off by their supervisor --
substantiate allegations of child abuse.

Which does not take the judge out of the loop.

They determine if parents have
abused their children and make a finding without involvement of judges or
courts.

The provide the collected evidence to the courts. They do not determine
guilt or innocence, and you are misleading the readers AGAIN, as you
have for years in this ngs. That's called "lying."

Child abuse is a crime.

Yes, both civil and criminal determined by the courts based on the
severity of injury and or risk to the child.

You really need to read this misanthropic idiots posting history, and
his dedicated hatred of women, children, CPS, the courts, science, etc.
The list goes on and on for years of his rambling babble.

Fit company for you. You are just a more tailored clone of the same kind
of non-critical prejudiced and opinionated bs.

Didn't like my sig line? How come? What else of mine did you
"inadvertently" snip for your own purposes, Doug?

Removing the other person's arguments, then addressing the issues, some
of which you pick and choose, brought up by the other poster is
unethical and a clear demonstration of your moral character.

Absolutely brilliant...and obviously opinions alter ego. Who is
incapable of reasoned debate.

If you think the country is in such bad shape why are you here wasting
your valuable time that could be better sent writing your congress
critter and your newspaper and other sources?

Why are you not joining and active in groups working toward change for
the better?
