Default Any runners out there?

I took up running in January of this year. I have been running with a
club twice a week since then and am really enjoying it. This is the
first month that I have been TTC and I am in the 2ww phase. Things
have been pretty busy around here so I haven't been doing any really
long runs or anything. Tomorrow though is hill training day at the
club. We are supposed to run uphill at 85% of our capacity. I'm also
right around the time that if everything goes as planned, the egg
should be implanting. I'm a bit nervous of running so hard. Do I have
a right to be?

I really want to keep up my running, even if I don't push myself as
hard as I normally could because I love the social aspect of the group
and I love the feeling of accomplishment. I really need that right now.
The problem is I can't really tell everyone that I'm trying to get
pregnant and don't really want to work too hard.

Any suggestions? Any good places to get info on excersise and trying to
conceive/Pregnancy?
I'm also taking a class at the gym that is a combo of yoga/tai
chi/pilates. Right now I'm pretty comfortable with that.

Default Any runners out there?

There is a brand new book out on women running in pregnancy, I can't
remember the title but it was featured in a Runner's World magazine so I bet
you could do a search on their website for the book or any of your
questions. Their website is www.runnersworld.com
If you have any doubts I would just call your doctor. Mine told me that
anything I was doing prior to pregnancy was okay while pregnant, I just
don't about implantation. My SIL said her doctor told her to take it easy
until her pregnancy was fully settled, but she was having problems keeping
pregnant.
Hope that helped!
