"Bright Idea...Pushing in a semisitting...position may make it easier for
your pelvis to open up..."

Semisitting CLOSES the pelvic outlet - up to 30%.




PREGNANT WOMEN:

WARNING: American medicine's most common delivery positions - semisitting
and dorsal - close the birth canal up to 30%.

It's EASY to allow your pelvis to OPEN the "extra" up to 30%.

Just roll onto your side as you push your baby out...or use kneeling, or
standing, or hands-and-knees

BEWARE - some OBs and CNMwives will let you "try" "alternative" delivery
positions but will move you BACK to semisitting or dorsal (close your birth
canal up to 30%!) as you push your baby out!

Talk to your OB or CNMwife about this TODAY.
