I see from your other posts that your baby is 8 months. That means he
has been on solids only about 2 months, and is just getting used to
eating them. Given this, there are a couple things you can do.

Breastmilk is pretty good at keeping him flowing. You might particularly
want to nurse just after a meal of solids. Especially if it is a large
one. Also, the pear and prune juice are good ideas already.

There are also some foods that are particularly constipating. You may
want to avoid them, limit the amounts, or nurse extra or give prune
juice when you feed them. Two particular ones are rice cereal and
bananas.

If you pay attention to when you are feeding "thickening agents" and
also feed "thinning agents" just after, everything should come out
all right (sorry for the pun).

He is almost 12 months. I have to limit the bananas. He eats one every
day. And I am weaning him down. So he nurses about 5 times a day now.
Thanks for the input.

Yikes! One banana a day is extremely constipating. Limit the bananas and I
bet you'll see things start moving again.
