Cool Craft for Summer

I saw this summer craft in Family Fun magazine:

Get some string, beads (or a cut up straw), and an ice tray. Run the
string as a necklace with the beads or pieces of straw attached to it
(you'll figure out how far apart as you try it).
Put the beads (that are attached to the necklace) in each compartment
of the water-filled ice tray.
Freeze and you will have a necklace with ice cubes down the length of
it.
