Default Stupid Question-What does "DH" mean?

What does "DH" mean? So far my guesses are Divorced Husband or Designated
Husband.

Standard usage is Dear Husband, but substitude "d" words
at will for special cases.

I have to admit that even my two year old says Dh is a dork. *G*
I call him a geek, but it's a total compliment to him. LOL He loves
being a geek.
