Can a person violate terms of use for something they never subscribed
to?

Yep.

It's like one poster not subscribing to conditions for debate, and the
other involved poster then refusing to debate him.

It would violate the standards set by one of them. And applies only the
actions available to the party setting the rules. Nothing happens to the
violator except he is ignored.

Google has a standard. If that standard is not met then you don't get to
be archived in their records. The poster is thus "ignored."

He can post to usenet all he wishes, just not see his posts from the
past in google.

You couldn't figure this out for yourself.

Or was that, as it appears to be, another PA baiting style non committal
question?

I thought this was a backwater isolated newsgroup that used to hide from
debate in, Greg?

Why are you here?

Didn't want distribution of your post and just forgot to remove this
from the addies?

Oh wait, YOU Produced the original YOU put the addies in here.

I thought, given your claims about this group and why I wished to post
to a thread only here that you'd never stoop to being seen in this
backwater again.

How wrong I was.

When will I ever learn, eh?

Oh really, so you are saying you can't find my posts in Google? Really FUNNY
since you try to quote them from Google.
