A big reason to vaccinate
"United States represents the largest market for human vaccines with
sales estimated at US$6.9 billion for 2007. Within Europe, France, Germany, and United Kingdom together account for more than 3/4th of the market. In Japan, Pediatric prophylactic vaccines sales are likely to grow at a compounded annual rate of 9.9% over the period 2005-2010. Human vaccines market in Asia-Pacific is projected to reach US$1.3 billion by the year 2010. Most multinational companies engaged in vaccine production are based in the US and Europe.....Pediatric combination vaccines, another new entrant in the vaccines market are forecast to fuel growth in the coming years. The market is expected to witness new levels with adoption of novel vaccine delivery mechanisms such as edible, oral, and mucosal. Also critical to market success is the need for using improved adjuvants in vaccines for optimal immunogenicity.....Dominant players in the market comprise leading pharmaceutical companies including Sanofi-Aventis, GlaxoSmithKline, Wyeth, and Merck. These companies together command about 80% share of the global human vaccines market." - Global Industry Analysts, Inc. Barbara Loe Fisher Commentary: If anyone doubts why drug companies making and selling vaccines are lobbying so hard to convince California legislators to pass a precedent-setting law that would automatically mandate every new vaccine the CDC recommends for "universal use" by all children, the recent market analysis by Global Industry Analysts gives the answer: forcing vaccine use is a multi-billion dollar business. The U.S. is the largest market for human vaccines: vaccine manufacturers will rake in $6.9B in 2007. Much of the profit is guaranteed because the lobbying alliance between drug companies, public health officials and pediatricians that has formed during the past quarter century has worked hard to convince politicians to mandate the use of more vaccines by US citizens than are used by any other Source NVIC7/19/07 |

A big reason to vaccinate

See where she tries to pretend that the pharma companies keep all the $6.9 billion? In other words, see her lie. Here IS just one of your lies, while accusing her. snip link to commercial web site, even though I really do appreciate Jan advertising for my employer Why is that lie? Gebesse Computer Consultants I never mention my employer here, because this is not the place to do it, but seeing as how you have brought it up, why is this a lie? Northmead NSW 2152 What is the lie there, Jan? Is it that the company doesn't operate in Northmead, is it that Northmead isn't in the state of New South Wales, or is it that the postcode for Northmead isn't 2152? PO Box 1166, Parramatta 2124 What is the lie there, Jan? Is it that the company doesn't have a post office box in Parramatta, or is it that the postcode for PO boxes at Parramatta Post Office isn't 2124? (The postcode for Parramatta street addresses is 2150.) Australia Why is that a lie, Jan? Do you doubt that Ii live and work in Australia? Tel: 61-2-snipped Yes, that is my office telephone number. You do realise that it is against all Usenet etiquette to publish personal details like telephone numbers? And don't try to weasel away by saying that the telephone number is on my business web site. It is, but that site isn't Usenet. Fax: 61-2-snipped Are you saying that the fax number given on my employer's web site is a lie, Jan? When you go to the ASIC site to complain about my lies, you could do well to look up the company and see when it started business.
