The easiest and most reliable way is to have another baby!

Ken, I believe it IS possible to restart lactation by using a breast
pump for two weeks.I know this works because adoptive mothers have
been successful in nursing their babies. I would also suggest that
she hold newborns. (The later is my personal belief, based on
conjecture; the former I have read about. Best wishes. Joyce

Larry, I would really not recommend describing having another baby as
the 'easiest' way to do anything when you are posting on a forum full of
people who are either pregnant or have just given birth and are coping
with small babies. Especially when your gender means that you have not,
at any time in the past, had the experience of having a baby yourself. ;-)

To the OP, in case the question was genuine & not trolling: Google on
'relactation' and you should find a lot of detailed advice. Basically,
it involves regular breast pumping and possibly some medication/herbs to
duplicate the changes that happen at the end of a pregnancy to trigger
lactation in the first place. But I'd recommend looking for a decent
site that can give you a detailed regime. Alternatively, try finding a
lactation consultant with knowledge of this rather specialist field.

All the best,

Sarah

It's possible that this was a genuine post, but let's say I was
skeptical.
