I'm still in school 'til the end of the month. No job lined up for
next year yet, but I'll deal with that when I come to it. Should be
postings over the summer.

T was admitted to the hospital programme on Tuesday. She's finding it
very hard, but isn't wavering in her determination to do what has to
be done to get healthy. The hospital is two hours away so there's a
fair bit of driving.

ATM I have a sinus infection. Got some antibiotics this afternoon. On
Monday and Tuesday I'm going on a Writer's Symposium and I'm very
excited about that. Tomorrow I plan to sleep and sleep and get
healthy.

I've mostly been working in the yard and gardens. It's not that I have a
honkin big piece of property, but after 7 years I spent alot of time moving
and splitting perrenials and redesigning some of the landscaping.

We had a fence put up last year, all sides but one which was the next door
neighbours chain link fence. That is coming down in a week or so to finish
the fence up. In the mean time, I've been staining the part that's cured
over the last year.

Hangin out with the dog, feed my boys, doing home body stuff. Those are my
days. Trying to live vicariously through the active lives of the people
here is really not fullfulling......will y'all pick up the pace or
something?

Still trying to sort this computer to both post and read posts.
Freddie still at school till the end of June then he is off to my sisters in
London for a week.
We plan to go to Croatia and/or Slovenia later in the summer.
Eldest son back from his travels in Oz, India and Africa (a four month trip)
and middle son just about to leave Italy for wherever his nose takes him.
Major works on my house ATM to try and get it finished off. I have been
living in a building site for far too long.
Salsa lessons are a hoot! They have also kept my weight down since I stopped
smoking (again) just before the ban here in Ireland. The ban applies to any
place of work which includes my firms van and as I spend a lot of time in it
I decided to get in early. Also a new non smoking female friend!

Not enough drama, eh? My days are similar to yours for the first time
ever. We planted an herb garden outside the kitchen door, turned over
some soil in the only sunny patch left in the yard and planted lots of
veggies, including 7 varieties of tomato and jalapeno peppers. Also
tearing down horrid wallpaper and painting with the "oops paint"
that's $5.00 a gallon at Home Depot.

My boys finish school at the end of June. We're going on a week-long
meditation retreat right after school, then they'll do some summer
school and some camp stuff, but mostly be looked after by the our
15-year-old neighbor while I'm at work.

Crossing my fingers and hoping this quiet lasts. :-)

How're the wedding plans coming along -- are you going to post pics
somewhere?

My daughter is still in school, until Tuesday. Things have been going ok,
working and all that fun stuff. She hasn't shown any major signs of grieving
yet though she did flunk a science test. She said she didn't study. Luckily
her end grade will be a C and the final grade a B.

We are heading to FL in a few weeks for fun and sun with her Grandmother. I
can't wait as I haven't managed a vacation in 2 years. Last year we had one
planned then had to cancel when my Grandmother passed away.

This weekend we are going to the beach also but that is not all fun. My
father has some places down there and we go clean and work on them once a
year. Funny, that is the only time I go down there any more. All the work
took the fun away.

Any plans this summer?

Yeah I tend to work that way too. Much prefer to donate stuff than throw it
out and, unless it's worth a lot, it's too much hassle to sell it.

What'ca all doing?

Still working ATM and will be for at least another six weeks. Odd that
we're so far out of sync with you guys. Our Summer break is supposed to
coincide with harvest time so the kids could help out on their parents'
farms but it seems rather early to me.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. I had a successful interview a couple
of weeks ago so I'm working in a school again for the next year.

T was admitted to the hospital programme on Tuesday. She's finding it
very hard, but isn't wavering in her determination to do what has to

I'm still not sure what this is for so if you get the chance can you please
update me, via email perhaps.

ATM I have a sinus infection. Got some antibiotics this afternoon.

Poor you, not nice at all, I can sympathise.

On Monday and Tuesday I'm going on a Writer's Symposium and I'm
very excited about that.

Sounds like fun. How did Monday work out?

Tomorrow I plan to sleep and sleep and get healthy.

And did you?

Computers are great fun aren't they?

Freddie still at school till the end of June then he is off to my sisters

in
London for a week.

Gawd, we certainly seem to get the rough end of this Summer holiday deal.
It's more like the end of July before we finish. Needless to say the kids
aren't exactly keen to work in the temperatures we're getting right now.
100+ today in some places, I believe.

We plan to go to Croatia and/or Slovenia later in the summer.

Nice.

Eldest son back from his travels in Oz, India and Africa (a four month

trip)
and middle son just about to leave Italy for wherever his nose takes him.

I'm jealous.

Major works on my house ATM to try and get it finished off. I have been
living in a building site for far too long.

Ah, time for sympathy again. I done this once too often myself. No fun at
all.

Salsa lessons are a hoot! They have also kept my weight down since I

stopped
smoking (again) just before the ban here in Ireland. The ban applies to

any
place of work which includes my firms van and as I spend a lot of time in

it

It's no bad thing whatever the motivation. Now I'm jealous again. ;-)
